About Casa Serrada

Casa Serrada is situated on the renowned Lago di Como within the Province of Lecco. This distinctive villa boasts direct access to the lake from its private boat dock and is enveloped by stunning mountains, providing a picturesque backdrop and a variety of recreational activities. Within a short walking distance from the villa, guests can find the ferry stop, which offers convenient transport to popular destinations such as Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio. Additionally, a boat rental company is just steps away, allowing for boat rentals or private charters to explore the lake. Numerous cafes, bars, and hotels are also easily accessible on foot. The villa features five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, along with a spacious living area and an upstairs TV/sitting room. Guests occupying the two downstairs bedrooms can enjoy privacy by closing the corridor door, while those upstairs have access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV/sitting room, and a washer/dryer. The basement includes a foosball table and water toys for added entertainment.

    This bedroom is currently arranged with a crib and a twin bed, making it suitable for accommodating a single guest or small child.

    The upstairs second bathroom accommodates bedrooms 2 and 3, equipped with a shower, bathtub, and a washer/dryer.
